WHAT STYLE OF MUSIC WILL BE PLAYED AT THE DISCO?

The DJ will play a good selection to suit all age groups. You can also provide me with a song list beforehand or specify if you require a specific style of music. Any requests are welcome either before or during the event.

CAN WE MAKE A REQUEST FOR OUR FIRST DANCE?

Yes you can. This is a special and unique moment that you will treasure for life so feel free to request a song of your choice. Please inform me of your selection at least 2 months prior to the event.

WHAT TIME WILL YOU ARRIVE?

My aim is to arrive before you and all the guests arrive unless you require a different time. I will need at least an hour prior to your arrival to be able to load in, set up and sound check. I will arrange timing details with the venue’s event coordinator.

WHAT ARE YOUR POWER REQUIREMENTS?

A minimum of 2 separate 13 amp sockets (standard wall sockets) are required within maximum of 5 meters from stage area.

DO YOU REQUIRE A CHANGING ROOM?

I do not require special treatment, however a dry, clean, private and secure changing room is vital and fully appreciated.

DO WE NEED TO PROVIDE FOOD OR REFRESHMENTS?

I would fully appreciate if you could provide water or soft drinks and a simple meal or sandwich.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOU FEE?

This will include a Performance Package selected by you provided through a professional sound and light system. Smoke machine is available on request.

WHEN DO YOU EXPECT PAYMENT?

I require a 25% deposit fee within 14 days of making a booking either by cheque or Banks Draft. The outstanding balance is due in cash on the day of event or if you prefer to pay by cheque or Banks Draft payment will be required 2 weeks before the event.

HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL?

I will travel anywhere in the mainland UK or anywhere overseas providing travelling, accommodation and PA Hire expenses are covered. Please contact me for details

DO YOU CHARGE FOR OVERNIGHT ACCOMODATION AND TRAVEL?

If performing in the UK mainland travel expenses are charged at a rate of 50 pence/mile and accommodation expenses may apply when return journey goes beyond 200 miles.

DO YOU CHARGE VAT?

No I do not. Therefore no VAT is added to the quoted fee.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

I accept payments made by Cash, Cheque or Bankers Draft.

DO YOU HAVE PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE?

I have full Public Liability Insurance, full PAT Tested Equipment and full Breakdown Cover.
